The Store Credits and all the addresses on your RelianceTrends.com account will be transferred to your AJIO.com account along with this migration.
Yes, it will however, there is one small step to validate your AJIO.com mobile number that we would need you to perform before we migrate your account over. This step is:
Login to RelianceTrends.com using your credentials > Click on ‘My account’ > you will see the mobile number registered on AJIO.com > Click on send OTP.
As soon as the OTP is verified, your RelianceTrends.com account will migrate over to AJIO.com. You can then continue to shop on AJIO.com with your existing AJIO.com credentials.
Your RelianceTrends.com Store Credits and all the addresses will be transferred over to your AJIO.com account along with this migration.
All existing/active orders on RelianceTrends.com will exist or stay active, and can be tracked, cancelled or returned on RelianceTrends.com
In such a scenario, we would migrate your profile and account on RelianceTrends.com to a NEW account on AJIO.com. You can login to this new account using your RelianceTrends.com credentials. Now, you may have two different accounts on AJIO.com, with different credentials. Sadly, we cannot merge these two accounts and/or the store credits. However, you can continue to use these accounts separately.
In this case, the store credits in your RelianceTrends.com account will remain ‘as is’. However, just before you do that, we insist you to checkout our sumptuous collection on AJIO.com, you would surely want to grab them all! You can continue to use RelianceTrends.com website to track, return and cancel any of your active orders that were placed before the 11th of DECEMBER. The Store Credits received post migration of your account, will reflect on your AJIO.com account.

At AJIO, we have a very flexible returns and exchange policy which is absolutely customer friendly. If you do not find the product satisfying, you can exchange it with same product with a different size, or you may even return it. You can either return or exchange the product(s) as long as the following conditions are met: • It should be unused. You can wear it to check for fit and comfort, making sure that any smell does not transfer to the product (Example: natural body odour, body deodorant, perfume etc.) • It should be unwashed. We don't want you wasting any detergent! ☺ • The price tags, brand tags, shoe-box and all original packaging must be present • The product must be returned within 30 days • Any gifts received must also be returned along with the product

Unfortunately, that is currently unavailable. Any offers, coupons or points that are applicable for the physical stores will not be applicable on the website platform. That said and done, on the website, we will always come up with exciting offers to provide benefits to our customers.

All your orders will be dispatched within two working days of placing the order. Depending on your location, the delivery time might vary from 2 to 9 working days. We will always look at the most efficient way to deliver your order before time.
Before placing the order, you can enter your location's pin code on the product display page to check when you can expect to receive the delivery and also if the ‘Cash on Delivery’ payment method is available.

Few places are not covered for COD by our delivery partners. Any inconvenience you face is regretted. This issue might also occur if the cash amount payable at the time of delivery exceeds a certain limit which is decided by our courier partners. Hence, we request you to always enter your pin code to check the availability of COD in your area. Alternatively, may we suggest an alternate form of payment? Perhaps a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking.

Yes! Cancellation is possible in real time, but only before the products have been packed. As soon as the cancellation is processed, we will refund the entire amount paid for the order. If the order has been packed or shipped out to you, cancellation will not be possible.
After the item is delivered, cancellation is not possible. But we do have a flexible return policy! You can return the order within 30 days from the time it is delivered.

If the order has just been placed and has not been packed or shipped yet, we will be able to process the refund immediately after cancellation. As soon as the refund has been processed from our side, it might take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in the account that was used to make the payment.
In case the item has already been packed or shipped, we won’t be able to cancel the order in real time. Therefore, as soon as the product has been refused and has reached the warehouse, your refund will be processed within one business day from that time. As soon as the refund has been processed, it might take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in the account used to make the payment. But that’s just the maximum time we’re stating. It can happen way faster as well!
1. Before the order has been packed: You will get notified immediately and get a confirmation.
2. After the order has been packed: We won’t be able to cancel the order immediately, since it will be on its way to you. But don’t worry, you can refuse the delivery and it will ship back to us. Once the order is marked as “Refused” in our system, a refund will be initiated within 5 Business Days.

We understand the possibilities of misfits, colour differences, damages, or defects. We want all our customers to make purchases with 100 percent satisfaction. So, if you feel that the purchase you made does not satisfy you, we can always arrange a return, followed by a refund for the same.
If we’re picking up the product, it’s on us. You won’t have to pay anything. For some reason, if you’re having to send the product to us, it’s still on us. You can refer to our Self-Shipping policy for more details.
To guarantee you the best service, we have a very convenient 30-day return policy from the time the product gets delivered to you.
Here are some conditions which might cause a return to get rejected:
1. In case the 30-day period has lapsed, the product cannot be returned to us.
2. If the product has been picked up, and it fails the quality check at our warehouse due to product usage, defect, missing tags or packaging, the return might get rejected. We will then ship the product back to you at no extra cost.

Yes, it's important that the product is sent back in its original packaging, with original manufacturer tags, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered (including any free or complimentary items). Not doing so might result in the Return getting rejected.
We strive to service all pin codes in India for forward and reverse delivery. But don’t worry, even if your pin code is not serviceable, you can still return the product by following the steps given below:
1. Please create a Return ID by navigating to “My Account – Orders”
2. Please follow the instructions mentioned on the page carefully
3. The return address will be displayed while creating the return. Please send the product(s) to us on the that address
4. Please ensure that the product is unused, unwashed, and the Return ID is generated within 30 days from the time of delivery
5. Notify us about the courier name and tracking number as soon as you have couriered it. We want to keep an eye on it too!
6. Give us one business day after receiving the product, to perform a quality check, post that we will process your refund.
